Bishop Peak is a 1,546-foot volcanic plug in San Luis Obispo, California. It is the tallest of the Morros or "Nine Sisters", a chain of similar peaks stretching to Morro Bay. Thousands of people hike it's trails each year. Being an animation teacher really came through here - I wanted to capture the light bouncing through the trees and make it look like it's moving.  SOLD

The Oak in the vineyard

on Buena Vista Road in Paso Robles, Ca. I painted this plein air on site during crush month. I tried to capture the essence of fully matured vines ready to be picked - The red/orange colors are more accentuated from the summer heat.      12" X 18"   $225.00
